1Definitions & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and neds ("Company", "We", or "Platform"). By registering an account or using any service on the neds platform at neds.info, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

In these Terms, "neds Platform" refers to the website, mobile app, and all services provided by neds, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slot games, and all forms of online digital entertainment we offer to users in Malaysia.

2Account Registration

To access the full range of neds services, you will need to register a valid account. The following registration requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. neds conducts age verification and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time.
• Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or device information is strictly prohibited.
• You are required to provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date during registration, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• A neds account is for personal use only. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of another person.
• Neds reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

Once registered, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Please ensure your password is strong and not shared with anyone.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

Neds accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) via the following local payment methods:

• All deposits must come from a legitimate financial source and must be made in your own name. Neds does not accept third-party deposits.
• Neds does not charge for deposits; however, payment service providers may apply their own fees.
• Neds reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing any withdrawal.

4Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawals from your neds account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name.
• Processing time is between 1 to 24 hours on business days. VIP Gold members and above enjoy express withdrawals within a shorter timeframe.
• Neds reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000, or where suspicious activity is detected.
• If you have an active bonus that has not yet met the rollover requirements, withdrawals will not be permitted until those requirements are fulfilled.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Neds offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. The general bonus terms for neds are as follows:

• Rollover Requirements: All bonuses received must meet the rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place a total of RM 1,000 in bets before a withdrawal is approved.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a specified validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Bonus Withdrawal Limit: Some bonuses have a maximum winnings cap on withdrawable amounts. This limit is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Members may only activate one bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional offer.
• Neds reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if misuse or any attempt to manipulate the promotions system is detected.

6Sports Betting

The Neds Sports Betting section covers more than 30 sports disciplines, including football (EPL, Malaysia Super League, UCL), badminton (BWF World Tour), cricket (IPL, T20), tennis, esports, and more. The specific terms for Sports Betting are as follows:

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the member. Please review all details carefully before confirming your bet.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, Neds will void the relevant bet and return the stake to your account balance within 24 hours.
• For in-play betting, Neds reserves the right to suspend bet acceptance at any time in the event of technical issues or unusual circumstances during a match.
• Official results from the relevant sporting body (e.g. FIFA, BWF, BCCI) are final, and Neds will use those results to settle bets.
• Parlay bets require all selections to be correct to win. If one match within a parlay is cancelled, the odds for that selection are counted as 1.00 and the parlay remains valid for the remaining selections.

7Casino Games & Slots

The Neds platform offers a wide range of live casino games and online slots from leading providers such as Pragmatic Play, PGSoft, Habanero, and NetEnt. The following terms apply to all casino and slots games on Neds:

• All slot game outcomes are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by a third party. Game results are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.
• The RTP (Return to Player) displayed for each game is a long-term statistical estimate and does not guarantee winnings in any given session.
• If a technical disruption occurs during an active game session, neds will restore the session to its last valid state. If restoration is not possible, any affected bets will be refunded to your account balance.
• Live casino games are hosted by real dealers via live video stream. All results announced by the dealer are final.

8Prohibitions & Fraud Prevention

Neds takes platform integrity and member wellbeing seriously. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity or someone else's identity
• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to bet or play
• Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors on the neds platform
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the neds platform
• Collusion between two or more accounts to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions
• Threatening or harassing neds customer support staff in any form

9Account Suspension & Termination

Neds reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspicious activity or potential fraud detected by our system
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe
• Instructions from a competent regulatory authority
• Member-initiated account closure for responsible gambling reasons

If an account is terminated due to a terms violation, neds reserves the right to hold the associated account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If no violation is confirmed, the balance will be returned to you via the original payment method within 14 business days.

10Liability Limits

Neds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or game outcomes that did not go in your favour
• Disruption to platform access due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party interference
• Any decisions you make based on statistical information or suggestions available on the neds platform

Neds will make every effort to keep the platform running 24/7, but we cannot guarantee complete uninterrupted service. Any disruption that directly affects members will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

11Amendments to Terms

Neds reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes through:

• An in-platform pop-up notification on your next login to neds
• Via email to your registered email address
• An update to this Terms & Conditions page with a new effective date

Your continued use of the neds platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, please contact us to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
